ADMISSION PROCESS
- All children are welcome to apply, regardless of nationality, ethnicity or religion. Our schools are truly international institutions. Admissions to the school depend upon the availability of a place in the appropriate age group and the school’s ability to meet the needs of your child. The offer of a place is not solely dependent on these criteria. Further information such as a recent copy of your child’s last school report or interview with a member of the senior leadership team may also be required.

- Priority will be given to students who have a brother or sister attending the school. Priority is also given to the children of staff, although this is not guaranteed.
- Students will not be admitted into a Grade, outside of their age group unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- The Beta Cambridge School minimum age for admission to KG1 is 3-4 years of age. For PYP, ages 5-10, for MYP ages 11-15 and for DP is ages 16-18.
- If you withdraw your child from school, you will forfeit the term’s fees, irrespective of the number of days your child has attended during the term.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- 5 recent passport-size photographs of the child.
- One copy of the child’s passport including valid residence permit.
- One copy of both parents passport and Qatar ID. (Submit copy of both front and back of the ID)
- A copy of Birth Certificate.
- A copy of immunization Record (Entry for KG upto Grade 6 only)
- A copy of child’s health card from KG1 and Above
- A copy of Child’s Blood Group Certificate.
- A copy of last grade Academic report.
- A copy of the transfer Certificate from previous school.
- TC and report card Should be Signed and attested by the previous school of the child coming from inside Qatar (From G02 and Above) Last year report card Should be attested by the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Qatar if the student coming from outside Qatar ( From G02 and above).
